Akarusho k’Urubuto rw’Ipapayi

Ipapayi ni urubuto rukunzwe cyane mu bihugu byinshi birimo n’u Rwanda, kubera uburyohe rufite n’inyungu nyinshi zifasha umubiri w’umuntu. Uru rubuto ruvuka ku giti kitwa Carica papaya kandi gishobora kwera buri gihe mu mwaka, iyo gitewe neza.


1. Ibigize ipapayi (Ibinyabutabire by’ingenzi)


Vitamin C nyinshi cyane kurusha izindi mbuto (iruta n’indimu).


Vitamin A ifasha amaso kugumana ubuzima.


Antioxidants (carotenoids, flavonoids) zifasha kurwanya indwara ziterwa no gusaza k’uturemangingo.


Fibre (ibinyabwohere) bifasha igogora rikagenda neza.


Potassium ifasha umutima n’amaraso gukora neza.



2. Uko ipapayi rifasha umubiri


1. Kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri

– Vitamin C nyinshi irikingira indwara nka gripa n’izindi zifata imyanya y’ubuhumekero.



2. Kurinda indwara z’umutima

– Potassium na fibre bigabanya cholesterol mbi mu maraso.



3. Kugabanya indwara y’isereri (constipation)

– Fibre n’urusobe rw’ibinyabutabire byoroshya igogora.



4. Kurinda kanseri zimwe na zimwe

– Antioxidants zibuza uturemangingo kwangizwa, bityo zikagabanya ibyago bya kanseri.



5. Kurinda gusaza vuba

– Vitamin C na carotenoids bituma uruhu rusukura kandi rugakomeza.



6. Kongera imbaraga z’amaso

– Vitamin A ifasha mu kurinda amaso indwara ziterwa no guhuma.




3. Uko ipapayi rikoreshwa


Kurirya rihiye nk’imbuto.


Gukoramo umutobe (juice) utondoza inyota kandi usukura umubiri.


Amababi yaryo akoreshwa mu buvuzi gakondo mu kurwanya malariya.


Amabuto yaryo ashobora gutunganywa nk’imiti isukura igifu (ariko bigakorwa ku buryo bagenzuwe n’inzobere).



4. Inama mu kurikoresha


Iribwa rihiye neza, ntiryuzuyeho amavuta menshi.


Umuntu ufite indwara z’uruhu cyangwa allergies agomba kubanza kugerageza bike kuko hari bamwe rishobora kubatera uruhu.


Ntugakoreshe imbuto nyinshi cyane ku bana bato kuko zibamo uburozi buto (benzyl isothiocyanate) bushobora kubabangamira igifu.
